We are a family business in Lech am Arlberg where guests arrive, exhale, and quietly decide they’d rather not go home. (Don’t worry: if you decide to stay forever, we’re always looking for help!) Our story began with Rosa & Josef. They didn't just build; they carved the foundations from solid rock with a pickaxe, a wheelbarrow, unbreakable determination and unyielding stubbornness. What emerged from the mountain in the 1950s is today a premier accommodation in Lech am Arlberg at 1,450 metres, infused with three generations of mountain love. Residenz Chesa Rosa | The Stylish (Older) Sister

Named after Grandma Rosa (Chesa Rosa is Romansh for “Rosa’s House”), this building is our winter sanctuary, open from December to April. She’s a bit more streamlined, with warm oak floors and wide-angle panoramic mountain views, but just as soulful as her sister next door.

Guests here enjoy their own spa area with a steam bath, sauna, and life-affirming mountain spring showers. And fear not: breakfast and our four-course dinner are served at Hotel Lech, paired with cocktails, champagne, and Austrian wines.

Our coffee lures even dedicated late sleepers from their duvets, while Andrea’s legendary muesli (a family secret) has built something of a following. In winter, altitude calories officially don’t count, but our half-board definitely does. We serve lovingly prepared four-course dinners accompanied by Austrian wines. Wednesdays are fondue nights! In the afternoon, homemade cakes wait for happily tired legs. Lech has one of the highest densities of award-winning restaurants, all within walking distance. But more often than not, the best place is exactly where you feel most comfortable at your dinner table at Hotel Lech.

Ski passes and the Lech Card are issued at reception, equipment is stored in heated ski and boot rooms, and the lifts at Rüfikopf and Schlegelkopf define the start of each day.
