Cancellation & cancellation conditions
Our cancellation policy:
- 6 weeks prior your arrival, the cancellation is free
- 4 weeks prior your arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of your booking
- 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the cost of your booking.

What, if you cannot take your well-deserved vacation because you are sick yourself, have tested positive for Covid or have to be quarantined because of a relative in the same household? We recommend the hotel cancellation insurance of the Europäische Reiseversicherung. With the hotel cancellation insurances of the European Travel Insurance you are well protected! Arrival & Parking
Please note that the drive to Lech am Arlberg is particularly busy during the holiday season. Furthermore, snow lanes can often be expected in winter and compliance with the Austrian winter tire requirement from November 1st to April 15th is strongly recommended. At the same time, we recommend that you bring snow chains with you, which can help you on particularly heavy snowy roads.
The Hotel Lech has access to garage spaces, which are only chargeable in winter.
E-charging station (fee applies) directly at the hotel.
Culinary
Start the day with pleasure and look forward to all the good things our colourful breakfast buffet has to offer. Taste your way through the various (mainly regional and seasonal) delicacies. Especially popular: Andrea's muesli. It's a secret recipe.
In the winter season, you have the option of enjoing cakes in the late afternoon and small but delicious dishes from the evening buffet from 7.00 to 8.30 PM (evening buffet at an extra charge). On request, we will also serve you cool, delicious drinks or gladly Andrea's favourite wines from near and far!

Yes - we our snow-moon category is for solo travelers. If you prefer to have some more space, we are happy to offer any other room type.

- Snow Crystal - 6 Pax, 68 m2
- Snow Empress - 4 Pax, 39 m2
How do the prices apply at Hotel Lech and Residence Chesa Rosa?
The prices are per person and day. A rich power breakfast from the buffet and in winter cake in the afternoon are included.
The summer/fall prices for the 2024 season EARLY BOOKING PRICES. Valid for all summer 2024 bookings received by Apr.30 .2024.
